I still haven't started tracking my food in August, and the one or two times I started, I totally went off track or ate way too much that day.
So I've already missed two of my monthly goals: tracking more, and having less days under 2000 calories. So today I have tracked my breakfast, lunch, morning snack and planned out my afternoon snack and my supper and I'm doing good IF I FOLLOW THE PLAN for the rest of today and coming in at around 1450 calories. I have also created a TO DO list for this evening so that my idle hands won't be reaching for more food. Wanna hear it - I bet you do.

-go for a 5K jog (about 40 - 45 minutes of activity)
-have dinner (it already in the slow cooker)
-fold laundry while watching tv
-put clothes away and tidy dresser
-clean two bathrooms
-check facebook/enter exercise on sparkpeople
-plan meals and snacks for tomorrow (must not gain back weight I lost last month)
If anyone has any encouraging comments, I could really use them right now :o)
