I learned everything I needed to know....I know how to eat right, now....I don't need to write down what I eat....I run 4 days a week, I don't have to watch what I eat...........
Why am I not loosing any weight????
So....It turns out that It is really easy to fool yourself into thinking you are eating right! I was sure that I was skilled enough to do it on my own....NOT! I didn't loose any weight in 2 months even though I was training for a half marathon. I stopped logging my food after I had gone on vacation and I figured that I had learned enough and I didn't have to write everything down anymore. Well...it took me 2 months but I finally realized that I wasn't loosing any weight. I knew that the only thing I was doing different was not logging my food.
So...I started back the other day....and I am already seeing results!
I figure I won't have to do this forever...But I do have another 20 pounds to loose. So I write things down for a couple of months and then I can move into maintain mode!!!
IT WILL BE WORTH IT!
