So today is the last day of my staycation & did I lie around & eat bonbons or call friends & complain about having to go to work tomorrow?! Nah, I enjoy my job for the most part but what I will miss most about being able to stay home all day. . . . .working out HARD!!
Just on impulse doing whatever I felt like doing for my workout that day & not worry that I had finish it up & get to work. . .No I worked with Cathe & she can be a beast!
This is my favorite DVD of hers. I also dig the Kick Punch & Crunch & Imax 3 which I can split into 30min workouts. That appeals to me when I need something quick but burns loads of calories!
I also got to do Jillian Michaels & she gets in there where Cathe didn't & Man, I just want to cry!!

completing these workouts!! I can have that cookie or very thin slice of pound cake & not feel like you I'm gaining weight just from looking! So if you kick butt today or worked hard, then get plenty of water!
Sometimes staycations are the best! You can really get a good workout in without having to hurry off to work. Heck, I've even gotten a couple of workouts in while at home for my staycations. Sounds like you had a pretty good one. Enjoy the rest of it. It'll be gone before you know it.
