Rest day?

So I was up till 2am with the kids and woke up at 7am (and they were up too!) and needed to start the morning routine.

At least I reached my goal of hitting 30 pounds lost this week and tomorrow is official weigh day but I am stressing from having everyone around for a long weekend and am about to blow my eating plan for the day just a bit.

So it's my rest day but we end up staying at home (my equivalent of being at work) so I end up doing 45 min cardio and 10 min strength but I did have a nice warm bath (with bubbles) so hopefully that's a balanced day.

I need to treat myself... properly.
