I am so hooked. I spend so much time on this website so much to learn (it almost hinders my exercise...lol). I have been up and down with my weight for quite a few years now. I was in 2 automobile accidents in 2007 and put on even more weight, which in turn adds to the pain.
I have decided that I need to track my calories and begin exercising little by little. I began walking a 6 km trail one day a week with some friends and have up it to 2 days per week now.....that's 12 km a week. Better than sitting on the couch.
I am also holding myself accountable for everything that goes into my mouth. What do I have to do to burn this or that.
My biggest struggle is I do have a lot of drinking days.....this is going to be the bump in the road for me...big decisions I need to make.
