Why is breakfast the hardest cycle to break? Is that I don't want to put much preparation time into it? Do I not have things prepared ahead of time? Am I celebrating my break from eating? Half the time I run out the door and then eat 2 hours into work.
I think it has been 2 decades of either carb n fat w or w/o protein. I should have bought stock in bagels and cheese. Am I alone in this pattern?
For awhile I had been making oatmeal with flax, raisins, and maple syrup and then I ran out of syrup and didn't pick any up....it has been a month! I can't eat eggs and so many breakfast products have eggs. Yogurt and most cereals cause reflux, which I don't understand why - maybe it is sugar or the particular grain.
So...I dont know...maybe scrambled tofu and lowcarb wraps would be ok. Although I find that what I eat may not be the most nutritional bang...as in I disovered in 1 serving of Total cereal I can get my full daily B vitamins!!
