Week 4 Day 2 - 6:45 am 8/2/06 - 2.5 mi 35 min
Run 3 min - walk 90 sec - run 5 min - walk 2.5 min x2
Well, I made it through this for the second time. It still kicks my butt. I'm going to see how the third run goes and then decide if I'm going to repeat this week. I did manage to complete all the running time unlike the first day. I tweaked my knee again last night doing lunges but it didn't bother me too much on the run. I'm going to have to remember to ask the dr if she can check out my knee when I go for my physical next week. I haven't been wearing my MP3 player but this morning I thought it might motivate me to get through it better so maybe I'll try on the next run. Megan was up before I left this morning making my departure later than I like and I cut the run short to be home in time for the normal morning routine (which really just means I only walked 5 min in the end instead of the usual 15.)
