Struggling a bit

HAving a lot o stress and lack of time at work so am not feeling like exercise and I really need it. Went to a weight management course thru employer on Friday and got new motivation so I must do more, and in fact, began doing some simple things at home. Hop to begin walking regularly at lunch again in the next week, and will commit to working out three day a week after work.
