1. I am a determined (stubborn) individual, will be here to encourage the team, and will not give up until we reach our goals.
2. I am an emotional eater and I try very hard to not eat unless I am hungry.
3. My family is very important to me, but I have realized that I need to take care of myself first in order to be able to take care of them.

1. Nutrition. Plan my meals daily and commit to my meal plan. Post EVERYTHING on my nutrition tracker or write it in my food journal
2. H2O. 64 oz. minimum, more if I am spending time outdoors. NO soda!
3. Exercise. Renewed my membership to the YMCA. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, every day!
4. Validation item. Size 16 casual pants. I can pull them on but not button or zip them. No more too tight clothes!
5. Goal to lose 40 pounds by my 41st birthday in February!
