I've been gone for far too long. Life has been so hectic over the last several months, but it seems to be settling into a rhythm. Now, I can finally focus on prioritizing the stuff I WANT to do :)
I just joined 24 Hour Fitness and my DH is trying to be supportive, but he is afraid it's another short term deal. My goal for now is to go 2 times a week and that should be easily achievable.
I worked out with a trainer there yesterday (free orientation session with membership - yea!) and I can really feel it. Now I just need to start tracking my diet again and I should be able to get things together. I'm really excited and feel like I'm going in the right direction!
