Have let myself down!! but now back on track

Hi to all my friends out there, sorry I have not been around to encourage and support you all.
I hope each and every one of you are doing great and still on track with the goals you have set yourselfs.
Sadly I have to confess that I have gotten off track this week. I have been dealing with some nasty family issues and for the first few days, food wise I was handling it quite well, sadly the past 4 days I have not.
The problem is still there but getting better thank goodness, and I am once again back on the right road.
Because I know this has not been a good week for me I am not going to weigh in cause that would just upset me right now, so I will leave the weigh in for now and just get back on track recording my food and exercise.

    Sometimes you just need to practice self comfort. As long as you get back on track in a reasonable amount of time, there's no reason to suffer.

    Welcome back on the journey.. I too have had a fall and not been doing well, but I keep myself motivated so I don't totally give up.. It is so easy to fall, getting up is the hard part my friend. I will reach your way and help and maybe that will steady me in the meantime. Best of luck to you!

    Sorry that you have had a difficult week ,but congratulations on stopping and restarting and getting back on track ,That is the important thing ,We have all done this at one time or another and usually more than once ,What is important is that you are back now because we all missed you and look forward to hearing from you .Just know that you are among friends and we will help in any way we can

    Awww...Grace...I'm sorry I haven't been around to support you either...You are a wonderful girl and I know you can do this!!! You've already gotten back up, so just put one foot in front of the other...things will get better...life has a way of working itself out, we just need to let it...

    We've been missing you and I was about to send out the posse to try to find out what FUN or trouble you were getting yourself into. I figured that Steelercrazy or CartoonB had kidnapped you and, who knows what those girls could or would do with you, LMAO

Glad you are OK, getting back on track, is the SP way. You haven't done anything that the rest of your friends haven't done! I've been busy with house work and had worried where my "goodstuff" poster was.

    Grace, it happens to all of us. glad you've gotten yourself back on again, which is tough to do. and the scale....i do the same thing. don't need it telling me what i already know. have a great weekend and hope the other issue works itself out, soon. emoticon

    I've had weeks like that too. It's good you've acknowledged you were off track and getting back on.

    Good on you for picking yourself up and keeping going!!!!!! Emotional issues are really difficult to deal with on top of SP demands!!!!

LEaving the weigh in is a really good idea.

I weighed in this week - after eating hardly anything and exercising every day to find I had put on 800 grams!!!!

It was really demoralising - I have been trying to figure out what went wrong!!!!

But I am going to have to get myself up and keep going on the weight loss quest!!!

You were a wonderful motivation for me when I joined SP, so if there is anything i can do to assist, ask away!!!!

Sorry you have had a rough week, however glad to hear that things are looking up.

Thrilled to read that you are back on track! That is SO hard to do (I know, I've been there). Pat yourself on the back kiddo. I think you are wise not to weigh yourself - wait until next week and just keep thinking that "today is a new day"
