Almost 2 years ago I made a post with the same thought I'm having now. I'm determined this time..I've logged my food the past 4 days..I've even been logging my food the night before and making small adjustments the next day to compensate for what I changed, or didn't eat, or the other morsels I put in my mouth. Right now my goal is just to log everything I'm eating. Oddly enough, even though I'm not eating the healthiest of foods everyday, I'm staying under my calorie count, which is good. Next step: incorporate more and more fruit and veggies to balance those calories. I started by having a salad with every meal..that will at least get some veggies in...I'm shooting for adding broccoli tomorrow...baby steps, right? :) I believe in myself this time. I may need to say that everyday for a while before it sinks in, but I'm worth it and it's about time I take care of my body...as they say, it's the only one I've got!
