Ok I have slacked way to long..Im tired of not being motivated..and IM READY for a change..I feel like a slob..Im not doing myself any justice...so starting tonight(I am going to get a run in) Im going to take action...my goal until Mon is to do a variety of workouts,rest on Sunday and then start Insanity on mon...I am going to have relentless determination until I reach my goal..what is my goal ? to be the healthiest person I know..God has blessed me with a brain and the knowledge to know what I need to do..I want to be a inspiration to others to help them along their journey..I know SP has so many support systems...here is my list..
1.be the best wife and mother I can be
2. log food daily
3. workout 6 days/week
4. get in plenty of fruits and veggies
5. get in plenty of water
