I have lost focus over the last 6-8 weeks and need to get back on track! I have been hovering at the 179.5 - 183.5 weight for too long and need to break through this plateau. I am going to develop a weekly plan for myself for diet and fitness and stick to it!!! As far as diet, I am going to revert to the Fat Smash concepts for a period of time to have some quick wins. It worked well for me earlier this year, and will hopefully do the same now. I do have a reunion weekend coming up (My husband's 30 year class reunion is this weekend) so I realize that I will go off of plan Saturday night), but I am not going to let that delay me getting started. Typically I would say - "Oh. I have until Sunday to get my fix and not exercise and I will start then." Not this time - I am starting NOW!
I will set goals weekly and track my food, exercise, and water intake to hopefully show how I obtain the results that I expect. When I focus and am in the right state of mind, I can generally accomplish what I set forth to do. My goal would be to hit 169 by October 1st. Can I do it? OF COURSE!!!!!
