Small steps bring great benefits

I love coffee. Expensive coffee.
However, I have a budget that emphatically does not love expensive coffee.
So a couple'a years ago I came up with a frugal alternative to which I became instantly addicted. I call it Frugal Franny Frappe & it's quite simple; a spoon or so of instant coffee, a scoop of hot chocolate mix & some vanilla creamer all dumped in the blender. Add a cup or 2 of water & a bunch of ice & you've got yourself a yummy treat.
What does this have to do with small steps you ask? In the 2 weeks I've been on SP I've discovered that this fabulous frappe of mine is fabulously fat! It's got tons of sugar & a zillion calories too, so what do I do now?
Figure out a substitute for my substitute, that's what!
I remembered drinking rich, chocolate Ovaltine when I was a kid so I checked it out & found it would be a great substitute for my fat filled coffee concoction.

    Congrats for finding a substitute for the substitute!!! Me, I drink regular coffee and NO WAY am I giving that up!! I do limit myself to 2 cups a day.
