HELP!!!!!!!!

I keep trying to get back on the saddle...I`ve been trying nutrisystem the last six months and its been real hard to stay with it...I`m going nuts, and I haven't worked out for a long time, I lose a little and reward myself and gain that back and a little more... emoticon

    It seems like you know what you need to be doing, it's just the lack of motivation? Why are you "Trying" to rid yourself of your excess poundage?
Give yourself permission to go slow. Maybe work on rewarding yourself at longer intervals. ( and ideally not with food, just sayin' emoticon )
Make yourself a visual "Map" with your starting point and final destination, with various mile markers along the way so you can track your progress. ( like the fitness trackers only use how you are FEELING as well as your weight ) and reward yourself when you reach one of those mile markers, but don't weigh yourself very often. ( Maybe once a week or 2 weeks ). KEEP A JOURNAL. Track what you eat, every little bit. Drink plenty of H2O. Find yourself a Buddy to hold yourself accountable. Add some exercise. (Slowly)Fidget more. Add various exercises throughout your day ( like squats, or wall push-ups ). Use the stairs more.
I'm sure you know all of this stuff as well. But slowly adding these to your routine, may make a bigger difference than you think.
Whatever you do, DON'T EVER GIVE UP! ( on yourself )!! You are worth all of the effort.
