When the going gets tough

Tuesday, August 04, 2009

I've been going up lately... I was down to about 147 for a while, but then I cut my finger, had 7 stitches, and I'm finally recovering enough that I can do the eliptical again. I was too frightened to grab on for a while now.

In my little twisted mind, I created the concept that "no exercise" means I can eat anything my little heart... or rather mind desires. Of course, this led to a 10 pound weight gain in one month.... yes my friends... not so good.

But I'm back and I'm starting my exercising today. I must confess, I had some Wendy's for lunch, but I'm eating veggies tonight and staying below my maximum amount of calories allowed.

Stay strong everyone, and I promise to do the same!

I've done the same thing in the past. And I'm paying for it now. Dont' you love the feeling of motivation and determination.
Fall down 6 times, get up 7! As long as you keep trying at it, you're doing better then before.
So congratulations on getting back on and staying strong!
