I was really wondering why everyone on a diet has to drink so much water all the time besides the fact that it has no sugar or fat....I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!
Now i want to smack myself because this truly one of those duh! moments.
There are no calories in H2O either!!!! you can drink all you want and it will never add to your weight (other than water weight) haha i feel dumb!
