WELL IM NO LONGER WEIGHING MYSELF ANYMORE BECAUSE MY WEIGHT IS JUST A ROLLER COASTER AND I STARTED EXERCISING YESTERDAY MORNING AND SOMETIMES I JUST CANT GET TO THE EXERCISES EACH DAY BUT IM STILL GONNA TRY. IM ABLE TO PUT MY WEDDING RINGS BACK ON SO THATS A VERY BIG PLUS AND STILL HAS IT ON FOR ABOUT 3-4 DAYS NOW.

    Sometimes you lose inches instead of lbs. Remember muscle weighs more than fat it is denser so it takes up less space and weighs more. Keep going at it. emoticon

    Watch other measurements of success for a while. Live a healthy life style and measure how well you are eating and how well you are exrcising. Once your pants start getting loser you will know it is time for the other measurements.

    that's a great accomplishment! I'm a big fan of avoiding the scale for long stretches--it's not the only--OR most accurate--measure of our progress and health.
