Insanity is Insane

Ok, call me crazy, but I am in love/hate with Insanity. I have been doing Insanity for 2 weeks now and did my second Fit Test this morning. I cannot believe the improvement I saw. Below are my Fit Test results for the first one and the last one. You be the judge...

Insanity Fit Test 7/20
Switch Kicks = 42
Power Jakcs = 22
Power Knees = 50
Power Jumps = 20
Globe Jumps = 5
Suicide Jumps = 9
Push Up Jacks = 10
Low-plank Oblique = 15

Insanity Fit Test 8/3
Switch Kicks = 78
Power Jacks = 35
Power Knees = 80
Power Jumps = 25
Globe Jumps = 8
Suicide Jumps = 12
Push Up Jacks = 22
Low-plank Oblique = 32
