Weight Loss Treasures Goal for August 2009

Working towards a 5# weight loss in August-

I have gained this year, in general... it's been really tough.
So, I signed up for a yoga class. Looking for meditation & challenging myself -to alleviate stress.

As much as I want to lose weight, I want to lose the stress first. I'm a realist- and that only makes sense.

This month will be about variety- doing something different each day (or @ least not the same thing every day).

*Yoga 1-2x/ week (starting tomorrow!!!)
*DVD 1-2x/ week
*Walk (in nature -not indoors!) 1-2x/ week

    I've gained a few pounds the past month and have been trying to get it back off.Great idea to try different things

    I have been doing Yoga after my runs and my major workouts. At first I was bored with it but now I am really enjoying it. It gets me a chance to relax, calm down and boy I feel great the next day. I love the stretching.
