Day 3 lost 6 pounds.
drank plenty of water yesterday and not enough today.
Ate 2 veggie and 3 fruits
. I used all my points for yesterday and stayed on target. I will weight In on Thursday again. I am surprised to lose so much in a little amount of time. Per the meeting I am only suppose to lose about 2 pounds a week.
Yesterday I went swimming with my friend and did strength training in the pool. A little sore but not to bad.
I am excited about the coming weeks and the weight lose is motivating.
