I have been off the plan for a couple months with a new job and teething twins. I had a back slide of about 13 lbs. Time to get back to it.
I have the goal to complete a half-marathon in 2009. The Indianapolis Memorial Marathon (and half-marathon) is November 7th. If I get hot on training, I should be able to complete it.
I have another goal to be able to do 50 push-ups, in correct form.
I may not be able to loose 90 lbs this year, but I should be able to complete a half-marathon and do 50 push-ups.
If I get fit, the weight will come off in the process.
