Time to get busy

I have been off the plan for a couple months with a new job and teething twins. I had a back slide of about 13 lbs. Time to get back to it.

I have the goal to complete a half-marathon in 2009. The Indianapolis Memorial Marathon (and half-marathon) is November 7th. If I get hot on training, I should be able to complete it.

I have another goal to be able to do 50 push-ups, in correct form.

I may not be able to loose 90 lbs this year, but I should be able to complete a half-marathon and do 50 push-ups.

If I get fit, the weight will come off in the process.

    I looked over the 100 pushups site, but it wants me to do the sets 2-3-2-2-3+ when I cannot do a single pushup with correct form. I will work up on my own pace.

    Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I'm sure you can get back on track with a little concentration.

    I love that you are rededicated yourselve to some goals - good luck with the running and the pushups - Have you thought about about the 100 pushup challenge, we are doing it the rookie running group - check out the tread and it will get you started.

you rock and can do this!!!
