Week 4 Day 1

Week 4 Day 1 - 7/31 6:30am - 3 miles 45 min
Run 3 min - Walk 90 sec - Run 5 min - Walk 2.5 min - Run 3 min - Walk 90 sec - Run 5 min
Well this was the day for me that things really stepped up a notch. I think I covered 1/2 again the distance that I normally do. I did it all but the last 30 seconds of that last jogging section. I think I'll be able to finish it all next time. I'm still feeling pretty good about the training program. Its nice to have this going well even if my weight loss isn't zooming along. My one knee is bothering me some. I think I tweaked it doing lunges. It was foggy this morning so everything looked a little different.
