I made my 1st goal!!!

I made my weight goal to lose 5% by July 30!
Goal 190
Actual 188
My Daniel Fast I am sure had something to do with it but I still did it!
I feel much better and I am in my size 12's again, not squeezing in them even.
My next goal is another 5% by Aug 30.
If I've learned nothing else in all of my weight loss attempts of the past, it is be realistic. I didn't gain these extra 50 pounds all at once and I can't expect to lose them all at once, (although it would be nice).
So onward I go:
5% goal by Aug 30
29 days to go!
It's only 1/3 of a pound a day.

    I think because you have a plan that you will continue to see results. It is likely the sole reason I have been a failure on this journey. I have nothing written down! I think if you seek achievable, realistic goals that you can expect to sustain your successes over time. It is about habit re-shaping, not diet but a lifestyle change!

Here's a quote I recently found and it, in my thinking, suits SP members so well.

I just love that quote. I wish nothing but further success as you move along on your journey toward your goals.
