Meggie has organized a fitness challange for about 10 of us. $20 a piece for, what I consider to be, a group effort, a support system. I am really happy to have this new challange because I am going to teach myself to pay better attention to my fat intake. I created a tracker that, weekly, will track my intake of all nutrients and meaure my progress.
Today I'm going to go on a very long hike, maybe 3 hours, on a flat trail. I'm going to work on my leg exercises. And I'm going to go food shopping and begin cooking for next week, to ensure that my fat intake stays around 30 grams per day.
From now on, I will also focus on underestimating exercise and overestimating food intake.
I know when I'm really hungry and when I'm just craving food.
