Down 8.2!!! I have not been on spark people that much, but have been tracking my food etc. I started working and I think that is helping a lot, even thou it is a desk job I think just the extra moving around during the day, and less chance to snack is helping. I am also making sure I am eating healthy for lunch!!! Also I have been spending time trying to tire out my growing puppy who seems to get more energy every day!!
