Just got the idea from another SparkMember's blog as I was browsing blogs.
But instead of completley focusing on weighing scales, as I'm currently doing lots of strength exercises with Jillian Michaels workouts, i'm gaining more muscle which is obviously heavier than fat. So using a Body Fat % calculator, it might give me more of an idea of how much fat i'm loosing.
Each time I step on the scale I can go up 2lbs, and it's not really budging at the moment, even though I'm exercising and eating well. So hopefully seeing the Body Fat percentage go down will help motivate me a bit more, and won't make me feel sad everytime I step on the scales and go up a few lbs!
