Two steps forward and three steps back!
Keeping within my caloies most of the time, but finding it harder and harder to exercise.
It should be getting easier.....Arrrrrrrggh!!!
I feel the same way. I am within or below my nutrition goals everyday and I gained 2 lbs this week :( I'm extremly frustrated, and finding it VERY difficult to get to the gym. I'm going to keep going, and be patient and i've put it in my schedule to get to the gym tonight.... good luck and keep going!
Hang in there, you can do it. One step one day at a time. Everyday is not going to be perfect and it's going to be a learning process. I know you can do it!!! I've been finding it hard to exercise because of my schedule but I'm making adjustments and going to try my best. Find what works for you because your worth it. Keep up the good work and keep on sparking!!!
