I've been doing great staying in my calorie range this last week. I've also been working out at least three days a week to Turbo Jam. Today I burned 812 calories. That sounds great to me. But then it said under myfitness tracker that I'm doing too much cardio. I changed the amount of calories that I could burn a week but read somewhere that the more calories I burn, the more calories I should eat. This confuses me. Hopefully, I'm doing it right. I'm just trying to eat on the upper end of my calorie range of 1200-1550. If things aren't right in a few weeks I guess I'll know I need to do something different than that.
