It's been about 2 weeks of working out. I was able to do all my lunges...of course, I almost fell over. 4 laps of the cardio room equals about 80 lunges. Whew! I've been doing really well, though, if I do say so myself. I got on the scale. It said 126.6 and take away 3 pounds for clothes and shoes...that means 123.6! When I had my first assessment with Brianne, the scale said 129.5. That means 3 pounds less! Woot! Gotta keep at it. I'm really liking the 5-6 meals...I don't get nearly as hungry and I have less tendency to graze because I know that I only have to wait a little longer to eat.
