Week 3 Run 3 - 6:30 am 7/29/06 - 45 min 3 miles
run 90 sec - walk 90 sec - run 3 min - walk 3 min X2
I wanted to go the whole 3 miles so I didn't turn around when I normally do. I figured I was going faster than 15 min/miles but I guess not. No problem, my aim is to get more running in and follow the plan not to necessarily run faster. Felt pretty good about the running. Ready for week 4 to start Monday!
