I have been away on vacation. Away from computers although I think I got a hold of one a time or two just to spin the wheel. ( I should've tracked on paper! Coulda...Woulda....Shoulda....
I did keep up exercising most days thanks to my sisters and sister-in-law. Walking, biking, Leslie Sansone.
But I didn't do as well foodwise.
I only gained 1 lb. BUT
if I had tracked my food and been more conscious of portions I would've lost weight.
Now, I am starting again July 27th!
My short term goal is to lose 10 lbs.
If I get motivated to do as well as I was doing from March through the end of June I can have that 10 lbs. off in one month.
