Although I still have some night time cravings, I feel I am doing well on my diet. I exercise nearly everyday and I haven't gained any weight. I haven't been losing as much as I'd like to, but on the positive side, slower weight loss is probably healthier. I think I am down 4 pounds, my scale isn't the greatest, so sometimes it's hard to tell but I definitely feel better!
