I have been re-focusing my life and trying to get back on track. I have been trying to go to the gym 4-5 days a week. I have been working on cardio, cardio, cardio!! I want to get rid of my HUGE rear!!!
I am also getting back into cooking. I love to cook and prepare meals ahead of time it just gets hard eating the same thing over and over when you are by yourself. I have had a good week and I plan on continuing my current pace for exercise and eating!!
