Three Things

Ok, so it's been awhile, but I've been working through some things that have put me in a really good place lately. So here we go!

Today I'm grateful for...
1) Cooking - I have started making modifications to favorite creations to make them healthier, and the more I cook, the easier it is to eat right and still be satisfied.

2) The LGBT community - I stumbled upon an awesome blog last week, and it's helping me work through some things. I just love how thoughtful a lot of queer writers are, as there isn't much support for queer relationships. It makes for a bit more self-reflection, IMO.

3)Bad food days - So I had a bad food day emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon (yes, all these things) , and I tracked it, and it wound up not being so awful! Yay for the sparkpeople tracker!
