Turkey Hocks

I told a few friends about Turkey Hocks and Drumsticks and How big they are. Well here's the picture. I just finished cooking them. THEY WILL TASTE GOOOOD! LOL

I will cook Pinto Beans with the Hock and freeze for winter.

    Those drumsticks remind me of the ones I saw yesterday at The Great Lakes Medieval Faire where I was yesterday.

    Joy they look so good I just could eat them . I cooked pinto beans one day last week used herb seasonings instead of meat they were good . Surprised . God Bless . emoticon

    I know about the drumsticks but where do you buy the hocks.

How did you fix these - on the grill? They look absolutely wonderful.

    Joyce, I'm going to start pickling green tomatoes and peppers. They would be good with those beans this winter and some cabbage or greens on the side. Let me know if you'd like some. I'll have plenty! Save me a drumstick!
