Day 5 Update

So, I did not have the best of weeks. I always start out with the best intentions, and then once I get under way with the week, forget it!

I went to the gym on Monday, only did 45 minutes of cardio, and wanted to do at least one hour. I also wanted to do strength three times this week. I have not completed this once. I wanted to burn AT LEAST 1200 calories this week, and have burned about 500.

Between class at night, my work schedule, and trying my best to make sure the condo is done y 7/31, I have been way to busy for my own good.


I WILL GO TO THE GYM TONIGHT. No excuses this time. Depending on the train that I take home, I will do 45-60 minutes of cardio and 15-30 minutes of strength (mainly abs as this is my worst).

Even if I am on the late train (which will get me home at 7:30pm) I can still accomplish a 60 minute workout. If I take the earlier train (which will get me home at 6:30pm) I will do a full 90 minutes, since I have slacked this week.
emoticon I really hope I can get on the early train.

I will be unable to go to the gym in the morning, as I have a busy "pre-condo move" schedule, but if I am unable to do a 90 minute workout tonight, I will be sure to wake up 30 minutes earlier tomorrow and do three (3) sparkvideos.
1) 10-Minute Cardio Kick Boxing----> my fav
2) 12-Minute Abs
3) 15-Minute Pilates

Thats my plan, and I better stick to it =)

    You are doing great, you have a lot on your plate right now and I bet being so busy and running around doing things for your condo you are getting some excercise in! Don't be so hard on yourself. :-) By the way, 45 minutes of cardio is great! Just think that they say 30 minutes a day is good, so if you do 45 your extra good!!! Have a relaxing weekend. emoticon
