I'm on my 3rd full day of SP and I can only hope I keep this momentum going. I track everything I eat and I've found a way to exercise (even a little bit) every day.
What happened for me was that I got lazy while preparing for the wedding (5/16/09). I would come home, work on some wedding stuff & then I didn't want to do anything b/c my MIL was stressing me out. I realized after the wedding that I've become a sloth! 1/2 my clothes no longer fit b/c I've been doing absolutely nothing for myself but feel like a blob.
Well, no more! I'm going to find a way to exercise once a day, even if it's just doing 20 jumping jacks! So far so good. We'll see how the weeks progress, though. I'm only on my 3rd day & according to SP it will take until January± to get to my goal weight.
Encouragement is needed to keep me going, so encourage away & add me as a friend.
