Remember to Love Thyself.

Yes we all have flaws, but unfortunately, I tend to see my own imperfections through a microscope. I tend to be my own worst critic.

I have read that we owe much of our diet success from our ability to respect ourselves and to give ourselves and to give ourselves credit for the things we do well. We need to find reasons to love ourselves, not reasons to loathe. It's not that hard, really. Think of one thing you did well yesterday, big or small. Now give yourself a pat on the back and tell yourself, “Wow, I did a great job!'

Much of what I do in life, including weight loss, requires some sort of determination and discipline. And in order to achieve my goals, I have to actually believe I am worth it. And for that to happen I have to practice self-love.

Learn to love yourself. That is truly the key to success in the weight loss journey or life for that matter!
