Looking Up

I have been doing much better the last few days. Using the food tracker is really helping me stay on track. I just need to step up my activity a little bit. I have been walking but not really enough. I am really just still learning this site. I think I will try to use the activity tracker on here.

    THAT GOOD TO HERE i DIDNT TRACK AT FRIST EITHER BUT ONCE I START IT GOT EASIER AND AND THE I SEEMED TO BE ABLE TO DO MORE AND i FELT BETTER SO I HOPE THIS WILL BE TRU FOR YOU KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
