Hate it but...it's TRUE!

Wednesday, July 22, 2009

It's TRUE!!! I hate it but it's true. Exercise DOES propel this journey to a new level. I guess I've just got to resign myself to the fact that exercise WILL be a part of my future healthy life. I guess if I include good food choices and drinking plenty of water then exercise will have to have a spot too in my life. I hate it, but it's true. emoticon

I am actually beginning to enjoy it as long as I walk outside. I HATE the treadmill! It's nice that my husband will walk with me too..first time in 33.5 yrs of marriage. I have a friend that is just almost addicted to walking...I want that to be ME!

    Another light bulb moment, huh?

Glad you saw the light, I've been doing so much more recently it's killin' me, LOL The exercise is good, and the stuff that I'm getting done around the house is great too.

I've been logging what I think I do, but I really think that I'm on the conservative side of the tracking.

Keep up the great choices that you are making.

If you can find something that you truly like to do, exercise will be an important part of your day. I invested in a Wii and all the fun fitness programs that are available and it's just so much fun! Yesterday, I needed to take a rest day and every time I walked past the Wii I thought, "Oh, you can just do five minutes . . . ." How did I ever get to the point where I would say, "NO, you cannot exercise today!"

Happy fitness!! emoticon
