I always thought that if I was going to attempt to lose weight, I was going to have to exercise all day and always watch my diet. All or nothing kind of attitude. It is refreshing to see that this is not the case. I currently work a full time and part time job and am taking courses through an online University, so I have my plate full. Exercise and eating healthy is not always the most important thing that I can do some days, but there is less stress there knowing that I don't have to eat good everyday and that seems to present the fact that I don't need to do it. There are no restrictions, and it's nice to feel that one less stressor is there!
