Back on Track!

After the wedding, this past week and into this week are going much better! I have met most of my goals for the past couple days which is really exciting! I am under 160 pounds, which has not occurred for a while which is even more exciting! Today I have not met my goals, but I was starving all day. I have been working out a lot and just felt like I didn't have enough fuel. I figured one day with a little extra calories might be better just to get refueled. I allowed myself to do it today, but I will get back on track tomorrow and hit my goals!

Now I am off to study! I feel like that will be the story of my life for a while, but I think it is going to be worth it!

    I think it is smart to grab a little extra healthy when it is true physical hunger! The calorie range they give us is an "estimate". the low end for days with no exercise and the high end for very physical days or so I believe.

We don't expend the same amount of calories every day and I love the fact you listened to your body and ate a little extra. Very smart move. This will help keep the metab moving right along too.

Too many eat too little and the metab slows down for protection.

And CONGRATS on hitting your goals and the hitting the 160 weigh in.
