thoughts for today

Tuesday, July 21, 2009

so today i was sitting being all grumpy and tired and i decided to look over what i had accomplished for myself. i have come along way since starting back in March...i think of myself differently..i look at positive things more often than before...i share myself ,my goals, and my accomplishments with people more than my defeats...ive decided that it really is worth all the time and effort that we put into this to become this new and improved kids even look at me different..we make healthier food choices together...our time spent together isnt full of critisism and negative thoughts....i never thought the impact of me being happy with myself could effect all the people around me..the positive thoughts and feeling flow freely not only from others but from me to them.......thought for today...maybe it was just me feeling sorry for myself that brought the negatives out all the way around me, now that i am positive so is everyone else and it is WAY more POSITIVE is the new way for me
