So far I have been doing great with the exercise....I even took Sunday off and didn't feel guilty about it! I do weights at the gym and then walk the dog to the park and back in the evenings. Last week I burned over 2600 calories exercising! (thanks to my Polar F6!)
Unfortunately I have not been making the best food choices and not tracking, either. But I know I have better luck starting either the healthier eating or exercising first and getting that down, then starting the other - trying to start up both at the same time is difficult for me. So, this week I am going to work on healthier eating & tracking!
Yesterday I even got on the stair climber machine! For 10 minutes! I didn't think I could, but I did and it felt great! Now I just need to keep with it and build up my time.
I got on the scale today....and I'm up 4 pounds. Ugh!! But I know I can't get discouraged....I know that I drop weight at a snail's pace and just need to be patient.
