weigh-in day...

So far I have been doing great with the exercise....I even took Sunday off and didn't feel guilty about it! I do weights at the gym and then walk the dog to the park and back in the evenings. Last week I burned over 2600 calories exercising! (thanks to my Polar F6!)

Unfortunately I have not been making the best food choices and not tracking, either. But I know I have better luck starting either the healthier eating or exercising first and getting that down, then starting the other - trying to start up both at the same time is difficult for me. So, this week I am going to work on healthier eating & tracking!

Yesterday I even got on the stair climber machine! For 10 minutes! I didn't think I could, but I did and it felt great! Now I just need to keep with it and build up my time.

I got on the scale today....and I'm up 4 pounds. Ugh!! But I know I can't get discouraged....I know that I drop weight at a snail's pace and just need to be patient. emoticon

    Hmm...I'm thinking we must be related...the exercise goes really well for me...no problems gettin it in. But the food...oh my...there are days...we'll do it tho!!

    Shar - keep in mind (and this one is tough)... muscle weights more than fat ... so if you are loosing weight but working out with weights... you might gain weight... hated it when it happened to me... but it is a reality... keep up the good work you are amazing...
