At one time I had a problem with my knees and well because of this, I thought I couldn't do the moving stairs they have in the gym. Therefore I never tried the machine even though people trying to help me kept telling me this was the best exercise to push through a plateau. Well, yesterday I hopped on that machine and turned it on (Level 1 of course) and climbed those steps for five minutes! I was so another five minutes! I will increase time each week but I am so excited because my mind told me I couldn't do it. Once I decided to at least try, I've found a new exercise that I think is going to be right up there with the elliptical trainer! So I'm just saying that we have to put forth the effort to succeed. WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE PUT OUR HEART AND MINDS INTO!!! BY PUTTING FORTH THE EFFORT! emoticon emoticon
