It's MONDAY MONDAY MONDAY
The last workout for Week 1 of P90X Classic. I was as ready as I could be for work. A part of my past that has been lingering for 4 yrs has finally been faced today. It's time to turn the page to a new chapter
Day 7/Week 1 Stretch X workout. Not a whole lot to say about it. Just a bunch of stretching. What else can I say? I couldn't have planned the workout schedule any better. Considering this workout is also done after my work day and also lands on my busiest of my work days, nothing better than just SSTTTTRRRRREEETCHING the muscles for an hr. Personally, I think I would rather do the Yoga X for 90 minutes, but this will do for now. I did consider running afterwards. I decided that would defeat the purpose of relaxing the muscles. Especially since I will be getting up early on Tuesday mornings to CRANK out those push-ups.
Meal plan, hmmmm, NOT ONE! I ate 2 wheat turkey muffins for breakfast. Baby Spinach chef salad for lunch. More of that YUMMY DELICIOUS vegetable soup. Yep, still eating that. I think I have at least 2 more meals of that. I could have fed the whole team with that. My journey of my P90X chef training is not over. I still have lots of Tony's recommendations to experience. I won't bore you with the basic stuff. I will keep ya updated.
