I lost 15 lbs and have gained it all back. I keep getting stuck in a rut and then fall off the edge again. I really need help staying motivated to exercise. My eating is not that bad, but when you sit on your butt all day at a desk and then come home and sit that same butt on the couch or at the computer it all turns to fat. I have metabolic syndrome which is prediabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, low good cholesterol, and abdominal obesity. I used to be so thin and now I'm a cow. Actually they have a competition at work and since we are in the middle of Iowa I guess they decided that it should involve a cow. And what did they name the cow? PATTY! I asked how that happened, did I walk by and they thought "hey, let's name her Patty the cow."
I need to get walking, I have no excuse, I live on a bike trail and a park is basically my backyard. How do you find the energy and time? I work 7-3:30 and then have all the mom and wife duties.
