Another day to workout after work, YIPPY
OK Super_Gurl, I strapped on my HR & watch, got my water bottle & towel, and PUSHED PLAY!
Day 6/Week 1 was KENPO X. For some reason I had this thought in my head that it was going to be a little more strenuous. I was glad that I was mentally prepared for that and it actually wasn't. This workout really reminded me of Tae Bo workouts. The punches, kicks, and the general routine. I enjoyed it so much, that my second wind kicked in. I remember seeing someone post yesterday that they ran 5k after doing KENPO X (don't recall who it was). So that inspired me to do that since my second wind kicked in
You know, you never know how long that second wind is going to last. I hate to quite what I have already started. 20min into the run the second wind was almost gone. I kept my focus and finished it off
That was it for me. I will probably continue to add that to my KENPO X routine. See, that goes to prove, you never know who YOU inspire by posting in the threads
for whoever did that on OUR TEAM!
Meal plan, hmmmmm, there wasn't one today either. My refrigerator finally has room in it now. I looked at all of my fresh fruits and veggies to see what needed to be eaten first. I made meals accordingly. I have enjoyed tracking my food this week. It helps me review everything and how to tweak it for next week. I don't quite understand a lot of it. That comes in time like everything else.
